The client owns the infrastructure. This includes the website, domain, CRM account, phone numbers, contact records, communication channels, and business data. Prosper Pathways works in a consultant and implementation role with appropriate access granted by the client.
Access is needed to configure systems, review leadflow activity, monitor reporting visibility, support implementation, and provide meaningful recommendations. Prosper Pathways does not own the client’s systems; access is provided so the work can be completed and reviewed effectively.

Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase provided that access has not yet been granted, implementation work has not begun, and no advisory or program usage has occurred. Once platform access, program access, advisory work, or implementation activity has begun, purchases become non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued minus applicable processing fees.
