Yes, when third-party platforms are required, clients typically purchase and maintain those subscriptions directly. This may include CRM platforms, website hosting, phone or SMS tools, domain registration, email tools, or other business infrastructure needed for the approved engagement. Prosper Pathawyas current implementation is based on GoHighLevel, which provids theese processes, however other third-party tools may be recommended based on business directives and desired outcomes.

Who owns the website, CRM, phone system, and business data?

The client owns the infrastructure. This includes the website, domain, CRM account, phone numbers, contact records, communication channels, and business data. Prosper Pathways works in a consultant and implementation role with appropriate access granted by the client.

Why does Prosper Pathways need access to my systems?

Access is needed to configure systems, review leadflow activity, monitor reporting visibility, support implementation, and provide meaningful recommendations. Prosper Pathways does not own the client’s systems; access is provided so the work can be completed and reviewed effectively.

Do you offer guarantees?

Because outcomes depend on implementation quality, consistency, operational conditions, and external variables, specific business, financial, or personal results cannot be guaranteed. Prosper Pathways focuses on structured systems, operational clarity, and implementation support.

Payments, Access & Policies

What payment methods are accepted?

Prosper Pathways currently accepts major credit cards, Stripe-supported payment methods, and PayPal where available. Cash, checks, cryptocurrency, and alternative offline payment arrangements are not accepted at this time.

What is your refund policy?

Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase provided that access has not yet been granted, implementation work has not begun, and no advisory or program usage has occurred. Once platform access, program access, advisory work, or implementation activity has begun, purchases become non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued minus applicable processing fees.

Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Yes. Prosper Pathways currently works with clients throughout the United States and Canada depending on service scope, operational fit, and availability.
